Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation (VMUF) is a privately-supported
coeducational institution offering courses in the medical and paramedical
fields, in liberal and applied arts, sciences, and technical-vocational
courses, secondary, elementary and pre-school courses. Since, its
inception, VMUF has been concerned with educating young men and
women in skills, concepts and values that lead to success in life, while
helping them prepare for worthwhile service to GOD and humanity.
The curriculum and activities of VMUF are geared toward helping each
student achieve his or her God-given potential. VMUF strives to develop every
facet of one’s being mentally, physically, emotionally, psychologically and

Duration and Application:
5.5 years MD program equivalent to M.B.B.S
First part is called the Bachelor of Science and the duration is for 16
months. During this period the students should take part in NMAT tests
(This test is to check their knowledge and shall be 3 times a year)
Then the MD program runs for another 4 years.
Note: Taking NMAT test is compulsory to get into the medical program.
NMAT has no pass or fail criteria. It has percentile scores.
